Clients remain responsible for final business decisions. AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate outputs and should be supervised in production use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elevate Automations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services beyond applicable legal limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability
